This site is meant to be a kind of companion to the History Talks I give in various places around Portland, Oregon. Here you will find information on upcoming presentations and suggested further readings on these topics. I will also include book and film suggestions from time to time, as well as links to topics that seem timely or connected to History, Retirement, and anything that captures my interest!
